Products and Services

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing for all our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if a product you have ordered becomes unavailable.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to our acceptance of that order.

Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services in a timely and professional manner. Service delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Orders and Payments

Placing Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Corporate Accounts

Corporate customers may be eligible for credit terms subject to credit approval and execution of appropriate credit agreements. Credit terms, if granted, will be specified in a separate agreement.

Late Payments

For corporate accounts with credit terms, late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of credit privileges. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover outstanding debts.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide delivery services throughout Nigeria through our logistics network. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. You must inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will, at our discretion, replace the product or provide a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Wrong Items

If you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety, health, or hygiene reasons. Custom orders and specially sourced items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our products. Many products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from your use of our website.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
